Shipping destinations

RATH offers worldwide shipping, subject to destination availability at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 5 business days before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

For US orders, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment. Processing time is additional to transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. Contact us before ordering if you need a destination-specific estimate.

If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we will contact you about the delay and provide cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over US$150 shipped within the United States.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after shipment. Allow the carrier time to update tracking after accepting the package.

International duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These charges are determined by the destination country. Check the checkout summary and your local customs requirements for details.

Lost or damaged packages

Incorrect shipping addresses

Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. To request a correction, email us before shipment. Once the package has shipped, we cannot change its address through our order system. Contact us if you need help with a shipment already in transit.
